Gates of Panorama Hills — Calgary, Alberta
Situated in the fast growing community in Calgary, this 100,000 square foot
retail development will service the 21,000 people expected to live in
Panorama Hills when all built out as well as the rest of the Northern Hills
communities. There are currently 14,000 people living in Panorama Hills.
The development will be anchored by grocery store and drug store with
excellent access off of Stoney Trail. Other tenants will include
restaurants, liquor, dry cleaner, nail salon, bank and others. The project
is currently 70% leased with construction commencing May 2009 and tenant
openings late 2009 and early 2010.

Gates of Walden
This 100,000 square foot development will be anchored by a grocery store and
drug store. The Gates of Walden will serve the existing 12,000 people of
Chaparral and the future residents of Walden expected to be another 11,000
people. With access off of 194th avenue from MacLeod Trail allows
people from the surrounding south communities to access the shopping centre
for their every day services. This project is expected to commence
construction in early 2010 with tenant opening in the Fall of 2010.
