Located at the NE corner of 85th street and 9th avenue SW in West Calgary, the Market at West Springs will be the retail component servicing the 83 unit condo project called Edgewest as well as West Springs and the surrounding communitiues. The Market is anchored by a 27,000 sq ft grocery store and will have 6,000 sq ft of retail below the Edgewest residential. The project is scheduled to open in Fall 2012” – siteplan.

Gates of Walden
This 100,000 square foot development will be anchored by a grocery store and drug store. The Gates of Walden will serve the existing 12,000 people of Chaparral and the future residents of Walden expected to be another 11,000 people. With access off of 194th avenue from MacLeod Trail allows people from the surrounding south communities to access the shopping centre for their every day services. This project is expected to commence construction in 2010 with tenant opening in the fall of 2011.

Salisbury Village — Sherwood Park, Alberta
